Your personalized WeightSmart MD program will begin with the induction phase: a very low calorie diet (VLCD) consisting of high protein and low fat foods.

Once you achieve ketosis, you will transition to the post-induction phase. This is when approved vegetables and fruits will be added to your diet.


As you lose weight, you will get a better idea of what is working and what is not working for you and your body.
